The concept for moviebakery is based on our experience of clients' needs and how to capture an audience.

A recent study in the US showed that commercial web videos are more effective than
classic TV ads.
Authenticity is becoming more and more important - especially in the world of marketing.
Most organizations are aware of the potential of viral movies on the web. So far the relatively high cost for producing videos prohibits a many of them from entering this playground.
A lot of outstanding ideas are developed outside a professional/corporate
environment - directly from creative talent surfing the web.
Most web video artists are producing their videos for free. They are the driver for many
web 2.0 platforms but are essentially locked out and "work" with getting paid at all.
Internet access + creative mind + video camera = access to moviebakery.
We agree with Thomas Friedmann and think that "The world is flat". We are ignoring the borders and are inviting creative talent around the world to become a part of moviebakery.

We are on to something: A few months after the launch of moviebakery we have seen countless registrations from video makers from around the world. Since then we have created over 100 web videos in conjunction with our video makers.
